Full Day Tour - Lunch Included
Tour beginning at Óbidos, a medieval village surrounded by ramparts (visit), where you can taste the famous “ginjinha” (fruit liqueur). Stop at Nazaré, a typical fishing village, where you can enjoy the most beautiful panoramic view of the sea and beach from Sítio (place of marian sanctuary). In Alcobaça, lunch will be served at one of the oldest and most traditional restaurants of the region (local gastronomy and wines). Free time for optional visit to the 12th century Monastery, one of Portuguese World Heritage Sites, with the tombs of Pedro and Inês (a famous and tragic love story of the Middle Ages involving the royal family). Visit of Batalha monastery, another of Portuguese World Heritage Sites, built in the 14th century in Gothic style, commemorating the independence of Portugal after a victory in battle over Castille. Finally, at Fátima, visit to the new cathedral and free time for optional visit to the sanctuary. Return to Lisbon
 
Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be fully prepaid. Requests received without payment will not considered. Upon payment an official confirmation letter/fax will be sent. Cancellations received before April 8th 2010 will be refunded after the congress, minus € 25,00 administrative fees. After this date no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed until 60 days after the Congress.
 
For all matters related to Accommodation, and other touristic services such as Airport Transfers, Rent-a-Car, Sightseeing Tours, etc, you are kindly requested to contact the Official Travel Agency.
